Getting started with Primary digital leaders

Getting started

There is a wealth of information and examples of good digital leader practice going on around the UK. I have tried to collate examples and useful resources in an external site, which you can access by clicking the image below. That said, the best source of inspiration is probably through the posts that have been contributed to this blog. If you click on the Primary DLs tab then you will be able to scan all the primary specific posts.

If your time is limited …

For quick ideas on employing digital leaders see the blog post from Roydon Primary digital leaders and a film clip showing digital leader interviews by Chris Mayoh. There are some application forms and flyers here that you can tweak: Digital leader applications

If you need more inspiration once you get going with digital leaders, have a look at this doc. It has some ideas to keep you going.

Another great place to start is Chris Mayoh’s ‘Excellence in ICT‘ blog and ‘Inspiring third millennium learners‘. You can also see what Roydon DLs do by looking at their blog.

The flowcharts here may also help and the secondary ones are much better than the one I created! (not true Sheli… @gr8ict)
